Away from it all
On a hillside above the main house rest our two largest and, some say, finest rooms, accessible by a staircase cut into the hillside. Luggage can be transported via golf cart. Most of our brides chose one of these rooms as their bridal suite. Pending snowfall, the cottage may not be available.

The Overlook
Features a 20' x 20' bedroom with cathedral ceiling, and a fireplace set on a bluestone platform. A bay window looks out on the deck and valley. The 16' x 16' bathroom boasts an air-flow tub, surrounding you with tiny bubbles of hot air, skylight, separate tile shower, and a picture window looking into the woods. A large private deck provides panoramas of the setting sun. King bed.

The Black Dome
Features a 20 by 20 foot bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and a four poster bed. A wood-burning fireplace dominates the conversation nook. The deck accommodates a table and lounge chairs and looks out on the valley on one side while being surrounded by pine trees on the other. The 16 by 16 foot bathroom boasts an air-flow tub, a system that surrounds you with tiny bubbles of hot air, and is set under a skylight. There is a separate all-glass shower and a picture window looking into the woods.

There are five rooms in the main house.

The Mombaccus - Views, views, views
The original master bedroom of the house boasts a 20-foot wide bay window providing a sweeping panorama of the Esopus valley and the sunsets over the Catskills, and cathedral ceiling with fan. The bathroom features a large bubble-massage tub and an open shower. King bed.

The Mt. Tremper - Cozy and spacious
A large bay window looks our south over the mountains and the reservoir. Cathedral ceiling with fan. Gas fireplace. The bath has a bubble-massage tub and a glass shower with its own views. King bed.

The North Dome - Private sun room
Topped with a cathedral ceiling, the North Dome boasts an adjoining sitting room with gas fireplace and Esopus valley views on three sides. A fold-out sofa can accommodate a third party. The full bath features a large whirlpool tub. Queen bed.

The Mt. Tobias - Extra space
With more floor space than any room in the house, the Mt. Tobias boasts multiple cathedral ceilings. There is a sitting area with gas fireplace, and a mountain view up the valley. The foldout sofa is suitable for a third party. The whirlpool bath features a corner whirlpool, and is enhanced by a skylight. Queen bed.

The Ashokan - Privacy and views
This room faces the valley to the west and the north, with a cathedral ceiling over the bed area. Whirlpool bath. Queen bed.
